About Haney's Veggies and Blooms

We’re a small family farm located in Howard County, just a few miles from our home in Grand Island. We are dedicated to growing fresh, locally grown vegetables and specialty cut flowers using natural and sustainable methods. We offer veggie and bouquet subscriptions, DIY flower buckets, and flowers for all occasions. Local businesses can also sign up for our bouquet subscription service, and we proudly supply some local florists with our farm-fresh blooms.

While our farm is not currently open to the public, you can find us at the Grand Island Farmers Market, or reach out via message or call to place an order. We’re passionate about quality, sustainability, and sharing the bounty and beauty of each season with you!

I love the Haney’s - and their beautiful flowers and delicious veggies. We buy the monthly veggie box and love it. The vegetables are always fresh and taste amazing. They are easy to work with when scheduling the drop off (right to my door!) and super friendly. I also enjoy the fresh flower bouquets from the Farmer’s Market - different price points to choose from, so colorful, and last the whole week (sometimes a bit longer). I highly recommend.

I seen their products on Facebook and fell in love. I called and ordered a wrapped bouquet for my granddaughter's dance recital. Very friendly, easy to work with. Can tell she loves flowers!! Than my son decided he wanted one for daughter as well. So I talked to her through messenger, and got one for him. I ended up getting off early on pick up day and they did best to accommodate time change. The flowers were gorgeous!! And only $20 each. I had got another granddaughter flowers for her recital a few weeks prior @ well known grocery store, they were $25 and half of them looked dead. I was embarrassed to even give them to her. Please check them out you won't be sorry!

Haney’s Veggies and Blooms is my favorite “go-to “ at Grand Island’s Farmer’s Market for gorgeous fresh flowers ! The owners, Araceli & Kevin, are delightful and engaging and always are eager to create and customize any arrangement you select! Araceli always goes the extra mile with her generosity adding extra flowers to the already spectacular bouquet ! It is an instant rush of happiness every time I get the flowers home and put them in a vase! Flowers last longer than two weeks too! Succulent and floral pumpkins- fabulous for fall decor -and I have been giving the mini ones for gifts! Everyone loves them!

This has to be one of my most favorite discoveries since moving to grand island! The beauty of the flowers and creativity are incredible. I get an assortment to arrange in my little antique vases. They bring me so much joy!
